The State University of New York Downstate Medical Center Biotechnology Incubator is a commercial bioscience R&D facility in Brooklyn which offers 50,000 square feet of lab/office space.
The Incubator, located adjacent to the SUNY Downstate Medical Center Campus and 25 minutes to Manhattan via subway, has 50,000 square feet of lab space available with access to Downstate resources.
Tenants include Apath, Biosignal, Innovimmune Biotherapeutics, the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, and IRX Therapeutics and a number of life sciences companies launched through NYC’s Bio & Health Tech Entrepreneurship Lab, including Histowiz, Nomocan and Primary Bio.
