NYCEDC, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency and the City of New York, is seeking a consultant or consultant team to conduct a feasibility study for an integrated flood protection system for the Brooklyn neighborhood of Red Hook, Brooklyn. The area was severely impacted by Hurricane Sandy, and this study seeks to identify an integrated approach to address coastal flooding and storm water management that is also cognizant of, and fosters, feasible economic development opportunities.
