Healthcare

Representing more than half a million jobs, the healthcare sector is a cornerstone of New York City's economy and a vital source of well-paying jobs.

NYCEDC's healthcare team was established in January 2014 to help hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare employers navigate the sector’s dramatic evolution in the wake of federal and state healthcare reform. The team accomplishes this mission with initiatives that address New Yorkers' needs for innovation, small business assistance, and infrastructure development.
