Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg today announced plans to transform the iconic Kingsbridge Armory in the Bronx – vacant since 1996 – into the world’s largest indoor ice facility.

Heritage Field

NYCEDC President Seth W. Pinsky and Department of Parks & Recreation Commissioner Adrian Benepe broke ground on Heritage Field, a new 10.78-acre park on the site of the original Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.


MCU Park

In Summer 2001, NYCEDC completed the Keyspan Park project (now known as MCU Park), home to the minor league Brooklyn Cyclones.
