Resident Engineer for Water Street Corridor Streetscape Improvements RFP

NYCEDC seeks a consultant team for resident engineering and related services related to the streetscape improvements on Water Street in lower Manhattan. The improvements shall provide for sidewalk and street reconstruction; intersection improvements; landscaping; and plaza improvements to Whitehall Plaza and Coenties Slip Plaza as well as roadway and sidewalk reconstruction on Moore Street between Water Street and Pearl Street. The project site is located along Water Street from Whitehall Street to Fulton Street, and Whitehall Street, Moore Street, and Coenties Slip from Water Street to Pearl Street in lower Manhattan. 

NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, quality and reputation in doing business with the city, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP.
