Fire Safety Consultant Services RFP
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to provide ongoing on call fire safety plan training and implementation services for the Brooklyn Army Terminal and various sites throughout the City of New York. The consultant will review the fire safety and evacuation plan and conduct a thorough initial inspection of the specific site and shall develop a detailed written report. The report shall address any life safety issues and identify necessary changes. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for assisting in the development of a comprehensive fire evacuation drill plan for the specific site.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
