Consultant Services, Generator Maintenance

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical generators at various sites in New York City.

NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of the Project Team identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, the quality of the consultant’s reputation and references, and the proposed prices.

It is the policy of NYCEDC to comply with all federal, state and City laws and regulations which prohibit unlawful discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status and other protected category and to take affirmative action in working with contracting parties to ensure certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) share in the economic opportunities generated by NYCEDC’s projects and initiatives. In addition to being able to download the document above, the RFP is available for in-person pick-up between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from NYCEDC, 110 William Street, 4th floor Mailroom Bid Desk, New York, NY (between Fulton & John streets).
