Audit Services for Audit Of Certain Revenue Sharing And Other Provisions In NYCEDC Managed Real Estate Agreements Retainer RFP
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking one or more consultants to be retained for auditing services, including audits of the terms in NYCEDC’s real estate portfolio, including but not limited to leases, contracts or management agreements, for review of and compliance with revenue sharing and/or funding provisions in such agreements. The consultants may also be asked to prepare lease abstracts. Audited agreements will cover a variety of asset classes and uses including, without limitation, commercial, retail, hotel and industrial.
NYCEDC plans to select one or more consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, the quality of the proposal, the proposed fees, the reputation and history of respondent, and the experience of key staff identified in the proposal.
