The State University of New York Downstate Medical Center Biotechnology Incubator is a commercial bioscience R&D facility in Brooklyn which offers 24,000 square feet of lab/office space with an additional 26,000 square feet under construction. 

Incubator Overview

The Incubator, located adjacent to the SUNY Downstate Medical Center Campus and 25 minutes to Manhattan via subway, has 24,000 square feet of lab space available with access to Downstate resources.

Tenants include Apath, Biosignal, the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, and IRX Therapeutics.
