The program took place from June 15-16, 2012, at Parsons' Greenwich Village campus and included the following exciting events:

• A keynote speech by Rachel Roy
• A panel discussion featuring young professionals who are working on the business side of the industry (in finance, sales, marketing, etc.)
• A networking breakfast during which students can interact with fashion executives and HR managers
• Breakout sessions (organized by career path) with career services and industry professionals
• A mixer for all participants
