The Audubon Biomedical Science and Technology Center facilitates developments in biotechnology that will ensure improved health care, while contributing to economic growth through the creation of private sector research collaborations and the generation of new biomedically related business.
Currently home to 15 biotech companies, the Center offers commercial R&D facilities in Manhattan and 50,000 square feet of wet lab space. Located adjacent to Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and New York Presbyterian Hospital, it is 15 minutes via subway to Midtown Manhattan. Tenants include: Intra-Cellular Therapeutics, Oligomerix, and NanIRX.
