Area Maintenance Program
Our Area Maintenance Program for Industrial Parks and Industrial Business Zones helps designated areas to become safer, cleaner and more viable business environments.
Area Maintenance Program Services
NYCEDC provides services not otherwise available in Industrial Business Zones (IBZ).
Area Maintenance Program services include:
- Clearing and fencing vacant lots
- Street cleaning
- Façade painting
- Sidewalk replacement
- Cleaning out and/or sealing up City-owned buildings
- Landscaping
- Minor concrete work
- Carpentry
These services contribute to the vitality of the surrounding residential and business communities, strengthening the overall economic conditions in these designated areas.
Requesting Area Maintenance Services
Only appointed Industrial Business Zone (IBZ) representatives can request services. IBZ representatives can submit work order service requests via email at csmall@nycedc.com.
