Strategically located along Manhattan's East Side Medical Corridor, The Alexandria Center™ will capitalize on its proximity to the City's top academic/medical institutions and major hospitals while providing a 1.1 million-square-foot campus of first-class office/laboratory space designed to foster cross-institutional collaboration.
Alexandria Real Estate Equities has completed construction of the first tower, which includes a winter garden, restaurant, café, conference center, and several floors of laboratories and office space. Secured tenants include secured tenants in the first tower include ImClone, Pfizer Centers for Therapeutic Innovation, and Kadmon Pharmaceuticals. Alexandria is moving forward with plans to initiate the second phase of development.
