Bushwick Inlet For Construction Management Services
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant for construction management and related services for the demolition of the Bayside Fuel Depot. The Bayside Fuel Depot is located on the south side of Bushwick Inlet bounded by Kent Avenue and N 12th Street in Brooklyn along the Williamsburg/Greenpoint waterfront. The project site has several structures located on the site, including but not limited to ten (10) large fuel tanks, and multiple buildings/structures. The Project includes the demolition and abatement of these tanks and structures.
NYCEDC plans to select a Construction Manager on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
