The New York City Economic Development Corporation ("NYCEDC") is pleased to invite you to submit a response to this offer ("Offer") to lease space at the East New York Incubator for uses conforming to zoning and applicable regulations. The available space is 10,000 square feet with approximately 20 foot ceilings.
