Smart Grid Demonstration at Brooklyn Army Terminal: To demonstrate the viability of innovative energy management solutions to the private sector, NYCEDC partnered with Con Edison to develop a Smart Grid installation at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park, including solar and battery storage systems.
Solar Thermal Pilot Program: NYCEDC conducted a Solar Thermal Pilot Program to provide financial assistance to City-based building owners interested in installing solar thermal systems and to better understand the financial, technical and regulatory barriers.
