La Marqueta Building 3

Located along Park Avenue between 112th and 115th Streets in East Harlem under the elevated Metro-North railroad tracks, La Marqueta was at one time a vibrant marketplace with some 300 vendors. Building 3 is a vacant warehouse building constructed of brick with concrete floors and brick and steel columns.
Power, water and gas are connected to the building. Having four loading bays (two on the north side and two on the south), the building is a very accessible. In addition, directly to the south is an empty lot that can be used for parking and loading.
