Highlights

Private Employment fell by 3,600 in November 2010, after an increase of 9,700 jobs in October.
The unemployment rate fell to 9.1 percent in November from 9.2 percent in October 2010.
The Manhattan hotel occupancy rate in November 2010 was 85.1 percent, up from 82.4 percent in November 2009.
The Manhattan Class A office vacancy rate was 8.5 percent in December 2010, while the average asking rent was $65 PSF.
Passengers in NYC area airports totaled 9.0 million in October 2010, up 4.5 percent from October 2009.
