Real Estate Transaction Services
Our Real Estate Transacion Services division provides project management and analysis for real estate sales, funding agreements, deed modifications, developer submissions, planning projects and more. The department also staffs the New York City Industrial Development Agency, which issues tax-exemptions and tax-exempt bonds for appropriate entities.
