Head to La Marqueta (1590 Park Avenue), NYCEDC's market in East Harlem, for fresh produce, organic ingredients, and baked goods. On September 29, 2011, the market welcomed prospective food vendors who may be moving in to the uptown hub, and Hot Bread Kitchen gave a tour of their incubator space.
