GRAFFITI-FREE NYC WORK ORDER REQUEST
Our Graffiti-Free NYC work order form is to be used only by appointed Industrial Business Zone (IBZ) or NYCEDC representatives to request graffiti removal from properties within New York City. If you would like to request graffiti removal for your property, please dial 311 in New York City.

First-time Requests (for IBZ and NYCEDC representatives only)
Those making a first-time graffiti removal request for a property must submit the form below. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation notice with a confirmation code and a link to a downloadable authorization form (PDF). The authorization form will need to be filled out, signed by the property owner or authorized occupant who is requesting the service, and then returned to NYCEDC. Instructions for returning the form to NYCEDC will be included in your confirmation notice. Once we receive this authorization form, we can begin the process of scheduling graffiti removal.

Follow-Up Requests (for IBZ and NYCEDC representatives only)
If you have submitted a signed authorization form for the property owner or authorized occupant within the last 12 months, please indicate your confirmation code in the box on the form below. Once you submit the completed form, we will begin the process of scheduling a repeat visit to the property. 

Please note:
  • You must submit a new request for each individual property owner or occupant who is requesting service. However, if a single owner has more than one property, all properties for that owner may be included in the same submission using the “Add Another Property For This Owner/Occupant” button.
  • Confirmation codes and authorization forms expire after one year. To renew your authorization, you must submit the form again to get a new code and submit a new authorization form.
