Our Area Maintenance work order form is to be used only by appointed Industrial Business Zone (IBZ) or NYCEDC representatives to request maintenance work on properties within an IBZ.
This form must be submitted on a monthly basis, indicating any specific property that requires maintenance. Use the “Add Another Property” button if there are multiple properties within your IBZ that require work.
