The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is working to improve neighborhoods and business communities through our Quality of Life Programs:

Area Maintenance Program
Enhances and maintains New York City Industrial Business Zones.

Graffiti-Free NYC
Program Removes graffiti and other blight across the five boroughs.

These neighborhood beautification and maintenance initiatives provide employment opportunities and improve New York City’s communities and work environments.

Community Partnerships
NYCEDC partners with service organizations who help fulfill the staffing requirements for the Quality of Life Programs. By offering opportunities to participate in the Area Maintenance Program and Graffiti-Free NYC programs, these organizations can train, employ and rehabilitate disenfranchised segments of the population.
