Certain Asset Management services are provided through Apple Industrial Development Corp. Apple's mission is to provide various management and maintenance services for NYCEDC. Accordingly, Apple provides those services to certain waterfront, public market and transportation City properties that NYCEDC manages, property under lease to NYCEDC and other properties that the City has asked NYCEDC to manage or maintain.
