Lease Offer for Retail Space
New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) is seeking to lease space ranging from 300 square feet to 6,000 square feet for retail and food use at the St. George Terminal located in Staten Island and the Whitehall Terminal located in Manhattan. These buildings were completed in 2005. NYCEDC wishes to provide services to the riders of the ferries and to the neighboring communities.

Minority- or woman-owned business enterprise (“M/WBE”) firms are encouraged to apply. To certify with the City of New York as a minority- or woman-owned business, please call 311 or go to www.nyc.gov/getcertified.

Interested parties must respond through the Lease Offer, which can be downloaded below. RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON AN ONGOING BASIS.

Industrial and Back-Office Space Available
New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) is seeking to lease space ranging from 11,000 to 66,500 contiguous square feet for industrial and back office use at the Brooklyn Army Terminal (“BAT”) located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn

Amenities include: 24-hour access, onsite parking, banking and day care in a secure campus environment.  BAT is conveniently situated near the BQE and public transportation.  BAT is in a New York State Empire Zone and tenants may be eligible to receive benefits through a number of New York City and State programs.
