Yahoo! Inc.
In order to build stronger relationships with local media companies, universities and workforce talent, Yahoo! opened its first East Coast research facility in New York City in December 2005.
Motionbox Inc.
As a startup technology company based in New York City, Motionbox Inc. was eligible for the Qualified Emerging Technology Company (QETC) Tax Credit Program.

The Bank Of New York Company, Inc.
Following the World Trade Center tragedy, NYCEDC helped The Bank of New York relocate displaced employees by offering temporary space in a City-controlled building.
INTERNATIONAL
Agatha Ruiz de la Prada
Agatha Ruiz de la Prada felt it was also time to establish a presence in the U.S. market. She considered many U.S. locations and eventually chose New York City as her primary location.
Mexicana Airlines
Mexicana Airlines sought to strengthen its connection to its customers, so the company chose to relocate its operations from Newark Airport to JFK International.
FASHION
Matrix Global Academy
Matrix, a leading L'Oreal brand, sought to establish a new training facility and needed space for employees of other brands. The company chose an NYC location for its facilty and office space.
Hermès USA
The redevelopment of Lower Manhattan inspired Hermès to tap into its mix of potential downtown shoppers. In June 2007, Hermès opened a 5,400 square foot space store.
MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT
Bowne & Company
Bowne & Co., the world's largest financial printer, wanted a space that was more accessible to customers and had the technological infrastructure to offer round-the-clock operations for 400 employees.
NOT-FOR-PROFIT
Noguchi Museum
Noguchi sought New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA) assistance for the costs associated with the renovation of its 15,000 square foot museum structure in Long Island City, Queens.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Before the Mandarin Oriental Hotel opened in the Time Warner Center, it sought the help of NYC Business Solutions in identifying a pool of qualified local candidates for open positions at the hotel.
Weight Watchers International, Inc.
Weight Watchers was near capacity at its 40,000-square-foot headquarters offices on Woodbury, Long Island. The Company reviewed its real estate portfolio and chose to relocate its headquarters to NYC.
