Locally-Based Enterprise System
Helps NYC-based contractors with subcontracting opportunities with general contractors who are fulfilling large-scale City projects.

Procurement Outreach Program (POP)
Provides technical assistance in identifying and winning Federal, State and City contracting opportunities.

Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs)
Areas in which export/import companies can potentially lower costs.

NYC Capital Access
Public-private lending program enables banks and credit unions to make loans to start-up, small or medium-size businesses that may not qualify for conventional bank loans.
