What We Do

REAL ESTATE SERVICES

NYCEDC provides comprehensive real estate services for the City of New York. Our Real Estate division catalyzes economic growth by encouraging and facilitating development and utilizing real estate to generate the maximum benefit for the City and its residents.

We have three primary groups within our Real Estate division: real estate development, capital programs and asset management. These groups function both independently and interdependently, when necessary, to carry out our select real estate services. These services include the sale or lease of City-owned property; design and construction of capital projects and property management.
