The landmark structure is located on the southern tip of Manhattan adjacent to the Whitehall Ferry Terminal.
The updates to the site included the restoration and stabilization of the exterior facades and roof of the building. The BMB contains three ferry slips, with one slip reserved for private ferry operations and the other for service to Governor’s Island. |
