FIVE BOROUGHS OF NEW YORK CITY LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR WASTE CONTAINER DELIVERY AND PICK UP IFB

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: June 3, 2008
SUMMARY

The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) on behalf of the city of New York is issuing a public bid for Labor and Equipment for Waste Container Delivery and Pick Up to be performed in the City’s Industrial Business Zones, located through out the five boroughs on New York City.

The scope of work is: supplying all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the delivery and pick up of waste containers, and performing other related work as required, at specified locations as and when designated by NYCEDC in the five boroughs of New York City.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Detailed submission guidelines are outlined in the Bid package. The cost of the Bid package is $25.00. The only form of payment accepted will be exact cash, certified check or money order payable to NYCEDC. The bid package will be available for pick up April 21, 2008 at the office of NYCEDC located at 110 William Street New York, NY 10038, 6th floor.

Sealed Bids must be received no later than 11:30 am on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008 at NYCEDC, 110 William Street 6th Fl., New York, NY 10038 to the attention of Maryann Catalano, Vice President, Contracts. Bids will not be accepted after 11:30 am. Bids will be opened publicly at the office of NYCEDC at the date and time specified above.

INQUIRIES

Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications, with regards to the subject matter of the project, from NYCEDC no later than 5:00 pm on May 19, 2008. These questions should be directed to SidewalksIFB@nycedc.com. Any questions or requests for clarifications received after this date will not be answered.

All questions received through May 19th, 2008 will be posted by May 23rd, 2008 to this page, so as to be available to all respondents, if NYCEDC determines that such answers provide material clarification to the Bid.
