The New York City Economic Development Corporation, in partnership with the Randall’s Island Sports Foundation, New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, New York Department of State, and New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation, is seeking a consultant to analyze the existing conditions and prepare design and construction documents for the stabilization of three segments of the seawall on Randall’s Island.  

NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.

Detailed submission guidelines and requirements are outlined in the RFP, available as of Monday, April 14, 2008. The RFP is available for in-person pick-up between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from NYCEDC, 110 William Street, 6th floor, New York, NY (between Fulton & John streets).
