SUMMARY 
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to develop and implement a marketing and tourism incentive program to promote and increase visitation to arts neighborhoods within New York City’s five boroughs. This initiative aims to (1) positively impact earned revenue of under-promoted organizations in the Arts Sector; (2) develop the long-term economic vibrancy of an under-promoted arts neighborhoods in the City; and (3) generate increased metro and regional tourism and visitation to the City. NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP and the proposed fee.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Detailed submission guidelines and requirements are outlined in the RFP, available as of 10/1/2009 12:00:00 AM. The RFP is available for in-person pick-up between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from NYCEDC, 110 William Street, 6th floor, New York, NY (between Fulton & John streets).
