These events included the Lasker Awards ceremony with Mayor Bloomberg delivering the keynote; the multi-day UBS Life Science Investors Conference with over 3000 attendees; the Windhover Pharmaceutical Strategic Alliance event which attracted 450 C-levels of pharma and biotech; and the Prix Galien USA Awards. |

NYC Company Spotlight: Innate Pharma
Innate Pharma, a French biopharmaceutical company developing first in class drugs targeting the innate immune system, recognized the importance of having their US headquarters in NYC. "New York City is a global hub where one can easily keep in touch with France and Innate Pharma's team, as well as establish a close relationship with the US West Coast. New York City was an obvious entry port into the USA," said Jerome Tiollier, President. Founded in 1999, Innate Pharma has a cash position of $60M and opened their NYC location this past May. |
