AOL Moving Headquarters to Manhattan
New York City will become home to AOL’s corporate headquarters next spring, further enhancing the City’s position as the media capital of the world. AOL’s senior management will move into a new office at 770 Broadway, adding to the 400 advertising and programming professionals AOL presently employs in the City. |

Historic Coney Island Attraction To Be Restored
NYCEDC and the NYC Parks Department are looking for a consultant to restore and reconstruct the historic Bishoff & Bernstein (B&B) Carousell. The carousel was a fixture on Surf Avenue in Coney Island for more than 70 years before being dismantled. |

Financing Assistance for Not-For-Profit Organizations
$9.2 million in tax-exempt bond financing for five not-for-profit organizations was recently approved by the New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA). The organizations, with sites in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx, received funding as part of the City’s Special Needs Facilities Pooled Program. |
