JP Morgan Chase Moving Headquarters to Lower Manhattan

JP Morgan Chase entered into a $300 million agreement to develop office space at the World Trade Center complex. The planned 40-story skyscraper will serve as its operational headquarters and house over 7,000 employees.

MSNBC Moves to Manhattan

NBC Universal is relocating its MSNBC unit, bringing 421 jobs to the City. As a result, the company will make significant capital and technological investments in its Midtown facilities.

$110 Million Being Invested in Battery Maritime Building

Development of the historic Battery Maritime Building will feature a specialty foods marketplace and education center, a 135-room boutique hotel, and a roof top restaurant and bar.
