State law requires the NYCIDA to hold a public hearing (with notice published 30 days prior) before providing assistance. For bond transactions, this hearing will also satisfy federal law requirements. Please plan ahead with these calendars and deadlines to submit an application in a timely manner and/or to attend public hearings. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION FORM

NYCIDA/NYCCRC Applicants  If seeking to public notice a project for New York City Industrial Development Agency (the "Agency") and/or New York City Capital Resource Corporation (the "Corporation")  benefits, please complete our Public Hearing Information Form. Upon submission, Agency Staff will review and follow up with your business contact as submitted in the form. In order to make a specific hearing, this form must be submitted by the deadlines listed in the chart above. Once the Public Hearing Information Form submission is accepted and the project is deemed eligible, an application for Agency Incentives must be submitted to  Agency Staff four (4) weeks prior to the Board meeting at which action is sought.

SUPPLEMENT TO AGENCY COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS

Before offering financial assistance to any project applicant, the Agency performs an analysis to determine the net fiscal impact on the City of providing the benefits requested.  The “Supplement” provides a description of the assumptions and methodologies used in an analysis of the costs and benefits of projects.
